Venroy July is a senior associate in corporate practice in Hogan Lovells’ Baltimore office. His practice includes a wide range of corporate and finance matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity offerings, debt offerings and general corporate governance. He has worked on private and public company transactions, including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, proxy contests, debt and equity offerings, and business restructurings.
