Patricia W. Christensen is a shareholder with Parr Brown Gee & Loveless in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has focused her practice, for almost 40 years, in the area of complex commercial litigation, and has particular experience and expertise in handling product liability defense litigation, arbitration, mediation and counseling.
Pat has substantial experience representing product manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, medical product, building product, automotive, banking, chemical, industrial equipment, industrial fluid, oil and gas, recreational equipment and household appliance industries. She has also served as an arbitrator for the Private Adjudication Center at Duke University, resolving product liability claims against trust funds established by the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
Pat is a past president of the firm, a former Judge Pro Tem of the Third Judicial District Court, a former adjunct professor of law at the University of Utah’s S. J. Quinney College of Law, and a former legislative assistant in the United States Senate. She has served as a Director of Meritas, as well as serving as Co-Chair of the Litigation Section and Meritas’ Western U. S. Region.
