After graduating from law school and passing the bar exam in 1998, Dan Jaffe built successful law firms in Seattle and Phoenix. While practicing law, he launched his first legal tech company, a successful online legal directory. That company was later acquired by a large Internet company. Dan has tried over 100 cases to verdict, and he is currently an inactive member of the bar in good standing in Arizona and Washington State. In 2011, following the acquisition of his first legal-tech company, Dan co-founded LawLytics to make it simple for lawyers to effectively participate in their firm’s online marketing. Dan is the full-time CEO of LawLytics, and a passionate teacher of lawyers about the best ways to build profitable and sustainable businesses using the Internet. He believes that lawyers leave a lot of profits on the table when they don’t understand and involve themselves in their marketing.
